Wrestling for Everyone

Rockvale Wrestling Club has been developing young wrestlers in the Rutherford County area since 2022. Whether your child is stepping on the mat for the first time or getting ready for their next tournament, we meet them where they are. We train all ages from youth through high school.

Programs

Youth

Ages 5–11

Introduction to wrestling fundamentals in a fun, supportive environment. No experience needed.

Middle School

Ages 11–14

Technique development, competition prep, and strength building for growing athletes.

High School

Ages 14–18

Competitive training, tournament strategy, and conditioning for varsity-bound wrestlers.
