Wrestling for Everyone
Rockvale Wrestling Club has been developing young wrestlers in the Rutherford County area since 2022. Whether your child is stepping on the mat for the first time or getting ready for their next tournament, we meet them where they are. We train all ages from youth through high school.
Programs
Elementary
Grades K–5
Wrestling fundamentals — stance, motion, and position — in a fun, supportive environment. No experience needed. Practices run one hour.
Middle School
Grades 6–8
Technique development, competition preparation, and conditioning for wrestlers taking on a full tournament schedule. Practices run two hours.
